Its Bonfire night but we have had rain for days boo hoo
So we wanted to share with you all our yummy Flapjack recipe for all the family to enjoy
250g Porridge Oats
125g brown sugar
2-3 tbsp. Golden Syrup (more or less depending on how gooey you like them )
In a pan add the butter ,sugar and golden syrup .
On a medium heat , heat until sugar has desolved and all combined (no not boil).
Take the mixture off the heat and add the oats and combine well.
Grease a baking tin with a little butter and spoon in the oat mixture, use the spoon to press the mixture into the corners and flatten
Bake in the oven at 180 until golden (around 15-20 mins)
Let cool and cut into 12 and ENJOY!
we like to add cherries ect sometimes yum yum
