• Ingredients

500g strong white flour

1tsp Salt

2 tbsp olive oil

7g dried yeast

310 ml warm water


  • Method

In a bowl mix flour,yeast,salt water and oil .

On a clean floured surface knead the dough for 5 minutes until a smooth dough is formed.

cover with a clan tea towel and let rest for 1 hour .

knock back the dough and form into desired shape or into desired tin, leave again to rise

plac into the oven at 220/450 or gas mark 7 for 25 – 30 minutes or until golden and cooked
