• Ingredients

60 g /1/4 cup caster sugar

50ml/1/4cup rice  vinegar

2 tbls water

i-2 chillies

 

 

  • Method

In a pan add all the ingredients and stir until the sugar has dissolved .

boil rapidly until a syrup has formed

remove from the heat and add 1-2 finely chopped chillies (remove seeds if needed)

leave to cool then serve
